The Wrestling Observer Newsletter is reporting Randy Orton may be out long than originally expected due to further injury. Â
Orton, who is currently out with a shoulder injury will now also require neck surgery which would take place after his shoulder surgery, pushing his return date way after WrestleMania 32.
The latest report suggests that Orton's neck needs bone chips removed, while this is not considered serious the extent of the injury may be much bigger if further damage is discovered which would require fusion surgery, at this stage that is not the case.
Recovery from any neck surgery may be up to six months but would only be done once he has recovered from his shoulder surgery.Â
